Strategic Marketing Plan and Service Launch


Committed to innovation and better patient-centred care, the Better Health Generation was seeking to implement their business strategy by expanding allied health service delivery via virtual consultations. To commence the implementation of this new service, Michelle worked with the team to develop a strategy to offer virtual consultations to job active and DES providers using Back2Work Allied Health services and Care Squared Allied Health Clients who are NDIS participants.

The Work

Michelle developed two marketing strategies and project plans for the launch of the service across two brands. She also assisted with the development of user manuals, content, video content and promotional materials. 


The Back2Work and Care Squared Video Call services were launched to existing clients based in locations that would benefit from more convenient access to allied health professionals.
