Challenge: Merging two government funded health services, Healthdirect and Healthinsite to provide a more efficient and effective multichannel service under one brand.

Company: Healthdirect Australia

Role: Brand strategy, Internal communications, Stakeholder engagement and communications, Project management.

Outcome: The Healthdirect helpline and information website was established and now receives millions of visits per month.

Marketing campaigns

Challenge: Increase the awareness and participation of Queensland workers in Queensland Walks 'Walk at Work' week with minimal budget for advertising.

Company: Queensland Walks

Role:  Marketing Advice, Social Media, Campaign execution, PR support.

Outcome: Increased awareness of the campaign and number of participants by 20% over previous year.


Launching telehealth brands

Opportunity: Adding new digital channels to existing health services delivered face to face provides multiple benefits to consumers, clinicians and operational efficiencies.

Company: Back2Work, The Better Health Generation

Outcome: Launch of video consultations to employment service providers using Back2Work allied health services.
